At Zivoko, we understand that time is critical, especially when it comes to HIV prevention medicines like PEP and PrEP, and sexual health products. Our delivery system is built for speed, safety, and privacy, so you receive your order as quickly as possible, anywhere in Nigeria.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to every state in Nigeria and the FCT, from major cities like Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Onitsha, Asaba, Benin City, and Kano, to smaller towns and remote communities nationwide.
This is made possible through a coordinated network of pharmacy partners and trusted logistics providers, so last-mile delivery reaches you wherever you are.
Order Processing
Processing begins within minutes of order confirmation and payment. Our goal is to dispatch most orders within one hour during working hours (8:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
Where pharmacist approval or prescription validation is required, verification is completed within minutes. Once approval is complete, shipping follows immediately.
- Priority handling: Orders for PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) are treated as emergency deliveries and dispatched immediately after pharmacist clearance.
Delivery Timeframes
Zivoko operates nine active hubs across Nigeria, with every order routed to the nearest hub. Orders placed in the morning are delivered the same day across most zones, South-West (Lagos hub), South-East (Enugu, Onitsha, and Asaba hubs), South-South (Port Harcourt hub), North-Central (Abuja and Jos hubs), and North (Kano hub). Orders placed late in the day may spill over to the following morning.
All ETAs below are measured from dispatch, and are road estimates under standard conditions. Exact windows are confirmed before every dispatch.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on distance and urgency. The exact fee is always displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Express delivery, available in select cities, aims for arrival within 1 to 3 hours at a slightly higher fee.
Discreet Packaging
We take your privacy seriously. All orders, whether HIV prevention medicines, sexual health products, or supplements, are packed in plain, unbranded materials with no reference to product names, medical terms, or the nature of the contents.
Each order is:
- Neatly sealed and tamper-proof.
- Labelled with only your name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Handled exclusively by trained Zivoko staff and partner couriers who are bound by our discretion standards.
Tracking & Communication
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A WhatsApp notification confirming dispatch.
- A tracking link or code where applicable.
- Real-time updates from our logistics partner or support team.
Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, our team will call or message you to reschedule at a convenient time.
After two failed attempts, the item will be returned to us and re-delivery fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please take the following steps:
- Take clear photographs of the product and packaging immediately upon receipt.
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.

International Shipping
Zivoko currently delivers within Nigeria only. We plan to expand to regional markets in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
